Meet Our Board members

Rick Buckman

 Upper Frederick Township


Rick Buckman is the Owner/President of Spring Mountain Ski Area and Perkiomen Valley Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Along with his wife Gail, he has served as a foster parent through Montgomery County Children and Youth. Rick has held several elected positions throughout Montgomery County, including Montgomery County Commissioner, Montgomery County Controller, and Upper Frederick Township Supervisor. He has also served on the Montgomery County Planning Commission, The Montgomery County Waste Authority, Associated Builders & Contractors, Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy, and the Upper Frederick Planning Commission. Rick has served as Area 1 leader and has been a Republican Committeeman.

Skippack Township


  I am a lifelong resident of Skippack Township and graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School. I have been involved in politics since 2004, serving as a Republican committeeman for ten years and a member of the Skippack Township Board of Supervisors since 2013. I am excited to be a part of 124 Action Fund and continue to advocate for our conservative values across Montgomery County.

Upper Providence Township


I have been involved in local politics for the last 24 years. I served as an Upper Providence Township Supervisor and Republican Committee Member. I have been a columnist for the Times Herald, local radio morning drive co-host, and blogger.  I believe local elections have the most impact on our day-to-day lives and I got involved in the 124 Action Fund to help and advance the ideals limited conservative governance through the election of qualified candidates.

Limerick Township


I served 21 years on the Limerick Township Board of Supervisors 30 + yrs on the Limerick Township and Montgomery County Republican Committee 8 years as Chairman of the LTRC 35 years serving Limerick Township on various boards Zoning, Planning, Emergency Management and Open Space.

Mary Rose Raleigh

Upper Pottsgrove Township


 As a new resident of Montgomery County and Pennsylvania, I wanted to get involved and help Republican candidates in local and statewide races. Thankfully, I found like-minded patriots who quickly took me under their wings to get involved and help with campaigns, and now the 124 Action Fund. With my background in computer science and communications, I hope to assist our local candidates running for office in Areas 1, 2 and 4. I am honored to be on this board with such exceptional and experienced members.

Marcy Toepel

Douglass Township, Montgomery County


 Marcy served on the Board of School Directors for the Boyertown School District and retired from the PA House of Representatives where she served 10 years representing the 147th legislative district.  She authored numerous bills during her tenure and served as Majority Caucus Chair for 4 years.  Marcy has served in various positions within the Montgomery County Republican Party for over 30 years.  She looks forward to sharing her knowledge of policy, campaigning, fundraising, and strategic planning to enhance the work of the 124 Action Fund.

Dave Waldt

Upper Pottsgrove Township


 I was first elected township commissioner in 2019 and am currently serving my second 4-year term. I have served on the committee for the UPT volunteer fire company and am currently the Area 2 leader and treasurer for the Republican Party. I wanted to get involved in the 124 Action Fund to help grow Republican representation locally by providing financial and educational support through fundraising and awareness.  .

Gail Yoder

Pottstown Borough


I served on the Montgomery County Republican Committee for decades as a committee member and the Pottstown Municipal leader. My time on the committee was highlighted with a term as Area 2 Leader, where I gained experience with fundraising. I was a founding member of the Montgomery County Open Space Task Force, where we allocated 40 million dollars to County Municipalities. I also served on the Montgomery County Revitalization Board.

I am excited to be on the 1 2 4 Action Fund Board, seeing first hand the needs of local candidates. We can make a big impact..
